EXPLOSIVE SPEED & AGILITY
This Class focuses on Running Form, Drills, Core Work, & Flexibility utilizing Resistance Bands, Plyometrics, Agility ladders, Sports Specific Drills and more.
Upon completion students will:
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:45PM – 8:00PM
*This Class is beneficial for both male and female athletes of all levels. Instruction is tailored to meet each individual athletes needs.
SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
1- 3 day per week and AM & PM Training Options
This comprehensive Sports Performance Training Program will enhance athletic performance and reduce risk of injury. Our sports performance specialists will evaulate each athlete and design an efficient program to maximize their fullest athletic potential. 90 minute Sport Specific Performance Training sessions for Middle, High School, and Collegiate Athletes that will include:
