 TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 6:45pm - 8:15pm*
PRIVATE TRAINING by appointment.
*Additional Time Slots may be added. Team Training available.
 
This comprehensive Sports Performance Training Program will enhance athletic performance and reduce risk of injury. Our sports performance specialists will evaulate each athlete and design an efficient program to maximize their fullest athletic potential.
90 minute Sport Specific Performance Training sessions for Middle, High School, and Collegiate Athletes that will include: 
     - Speed
     - Agility
     - Strength
     - Power
     - Core Strength & Stability
     - Balance Flexibility Mobility

 * Sports Nutrition included in this program.
